Kona, Hawaii

Josh & Sarah serve with Youth With a Mission in Kona, Hawaii.
From Josh and Sarah:
For many years our heart has been to establish a community center that exists to engage with the local community on a regular basis while training up an elite missions force fit in their mind, body and spirit to go to the unreached peoples in the world – in some cases through establishing more community centers.  From Kona we hope to begin this ministry both locally and internationally while seeing a move of missionaries elite and fit in their mind, body and spirit embarking on God’s call in their lives

Don Leonard has been a missionary in Asia since 1979. He and his wife Pam initially served in the Philippines with Wycliffe Bible Translators. He pioneered the use of vernacular videos to promote the Scriptures. Today, the ministry is a major media initiative in Asia: Project Video. Project Video makes Jesus’ name known by providing cross-cultural partners with the resources and training to proclaim the Gospel through video in a culturally appropriate manner.
