We enroll children throughout the year as there are openings. Please call the school at 507-451-4125 to inquire about class openings, ask additional questions, or schedule a tour of the classrooms. We look forward to sharing our classrooms, program and staff with you.
Enrollment Process
To Enroll Your Child
1. Fill out the Preschool Interest Form to indicate the anchor program and add-ons you would like to enroll into.
2. The Preschool Director will email you to confirm receipt of this form and give information on next steps which include completing your child’s Enrollment forms and paying the Registration Fee (one-time and non-refundable)
One Time Registration Fees:
2 Days | $80
3 Days | $100
4 Days | $125
5 Days | $130
*Non-Refundable
*Pro-rated if starting after the beginning of the year
Forms Required Before the First Day of School
You will receive an email request through Brightwheel to complete these required forms:
• Student Information
• Parent Authorizations/Transportation Authorizations
• Tuition Agreement/ Release of Liability
• Play and Social Experiences
• Student Emergency Information
• Individualized Child Care Plan (ICCP) for Allergies (if an allergy or other medical need is indicated)
• Health Care Summary Form (to be filled out by parent and physician)
• Immunization Form
We are happy to announce that there is a grant/scholarship available for students based on financial need. The application form and required documents are due August 1st to be considered for the scholarship. Scholarships are announced before the first week of school.
There is a $20 discount per family for each month of tuition paid for families with 2 or more children enrolled in Good Shepherd Preschool during the same school year.
You MAY qualify for bus transportation for your child.
All Preschool Applications must be submitted online. If a parent/guardian does not have access to a smart phone or computer to complete the application, we can assist you with submitting the application. *Paper applications will not be accepted.
The Priority Deadline is July 1 of the upcoming school year. All applications received after this date will be placed on a waiting list until a spot becomes available. Parents/Guardians will receive a letter the week of August 15, informing them of their application status.
