A blend of devotion\, meditation and yoga\, Spiritual Stretch is a guided time for you to find quiet and calm\, while physically strengthening your “temple”. You will be prompted each week with a point of reflection and then move through a series of stretches before ending with meditation and prayer. Space is limited to 15 women.
