Your leader\, Jess Borkenhagen\, will gather the group for discussion at 7:00 pm on Monday\, January 5\, 2026. DESCRIPTION:Date:     Sundays January 11 – February 15 \nTime:    6:00 – 7:00PM \nPlace:    Good Shepherd: Large Sunday School Space (carpeted room downstairs) \nCost:      $25 for six sessions \nBring:    A yoga mat (if you have one) or a light blanket/large towel \nRegister HERE\nTake a deep breath…and join women of faith who are ready to grow\, stretch\, and reflect both physically and spiritually! A blend of devotion\, meditation and yoga\, Spiritual Stretch is a guided time for you to find quiet and calm\, while physically strengthening your “temple”. You will be prompted each week with a point of reflection and then move through a series of stretches before ending with meditation and prayer. Space is limited to 15 women.
